Natasha is an inspirational teacher known for her holistic approach to Yoga, healing and spirituality. Natasha believes that Yoga is a lifestyle choice; a way of being; that encourages us to journey inward and reconnect with our heart’s wisdom.
Natasha has been practising Yoga and Complementary Therapies for over 20 years and is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, www.bwywales.org.uk, specialising in Yoga for children. Natasha has studied many different massage/bodywork traditions and is the founder and creative director of Gaia Lifestyle and Metta Healing.
