Yoga
Yoga originated thousands of years ago in India and provides a holistic approach to dealing with the demands of modern day lifestyles. There are many different paths of Yoga and many different styles of practice, however the common aim is the journey inward.
Gaia Yoga classes combine gentle flowing yoga sequences with breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation to rebalance, revitalise and relax.
Natasha Marchant is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, specialising in Yoga for children. Natasha’s approach to Yoga is holistic, taking into consideration the individual needs of each class member. Classes are small and friendly and run on a course only basis to encourage continuity and commitment for your Yoga journey.
Natasha also runs Gaia Retreats and workshops focusing on Yoga and other holistic lifestyle practises, please submit your contact details if you wish to be on the mailing list. Please also view www.gaiahealthnetwork.com and www.gaiaeducation.com for other Yoga related talks and workshops.
“True progress in Yoga means more than physical accomplishments of flexibility, strength and balance. In the bigger picture of Yoga, flexibility means an open mind, strength means integrity of character, and balance means peace of mind even in difficult circumstances. That is when we really know we are living Yoga.”
Michael Hallock.
