Gaia Lifestyle is a vibrant company dedicated to creating awareness of the benefits of Complementary Therapies, Ayurveda, Yoga and more.  We have two Gaia Lifestyle Centres that offer a dedicated space for Complementary Therapy treatments, Yoga classes, Dance and Training programmes for Ayurveda and Yoga.
